About this policy
Blockrix is developed by R3MES STUDIOS, a division of R3MES NETWORK. This policy covers the Android version of the game and related support communications. For privacy questions, contact r3messtudios@gmail.com.
The game is intended for the following age groups: 13–15, 16–17, 18+. It is offered for distribution in all eligible Google Play countries; availability is subject to Google Play eligibility and local restrictions.
Information that may be processed
The information processed depends on the services involved, your device, applicable permissions, age-related restrictions, and privacy choices.
- Game progress and settings saved locally on your device.
- Advertising and device identifiers, including Android advertising ID where available and permitted.
- Device and app information, including device model, operating system, app version, IP address, and diagnostic information.
- Ad impressions, interactions, and rewarded-ad completion information used for advertising delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.
- Approximate location inferred from an IP address; this is different from precise GPS location.
- Consent choices and records needed to apply those choices.
- Your email address, message, and attachments if you contact support.
Local saves and game progress
Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. Clearing app data, uninstalling the game, or losing access to your device may remove that progress. We cannot promise recovery of locally stored progress. Device or operating-system backup settings may affect whether app data is backed up; those services have their own privacy controls.
Google AdMob and advertising
The game uses Google AdMob and includes rewarded ads and interstitial ads. Rewarded ads let you choose to view an ad for an in-game reward. Interstitial ads are full-screen advertisements shown at transitions in the game.
Google may process advertising identifiers, device information, IP addresses, ad interactions, and diagnostics to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. Personalized advertising depends on applicable privacy choices, age-related restrictions, and device settings. Non-personalized or limited ads may still involve technical data processing.
Google UMP and Privacy Options
The game uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present applicable privacy messages and manage advertising consent choices. Open Privacy Options in the app to review or change available choices where required. The choices shown depend on your region, age-related restrictions, and applicable requirements.
Device privacy settings may also let you reset or delete your advertising ID or limit its use. Withdrawing consent affects future processing based on that consent; it does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal. This website cannot change your in-app consent settings.
EEA, UK, and Switzerland
Where consent is required, a privacy message allows you to accept, refuse, or manage the choices presented before consent-dependent advertising processing takes place. You can revisit the available choices through Privacy Options in the app. UMP is used to determine the applicable consent flow.
Depending on the circumstances, other processing may rely on legitimate interests in operating and securing the game or responding to support requests, providing a service you request, or meeting legal obligations. You can contact us about the basis for processing information relating to you.
Third-party services
Google AdMob provides advertising services, and Google UMP manages applicable privacy messages. Google Play handles distribution under its own terms and privacy practices. Google explains its data practices and processing by its advertising services in the following resources.

Retention and international processing
Local saves remain on your device until removed by you, the app, or the operating system. Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle your request and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping needs. Google’s advertising and consent services have their own retention practices, explained in their policies.
Because the game is distributed globally, service providers may process information outside your country. The protections available in those countries may differ. Providers’ applicable transfer arrangements and safeguards are described in their privacy information. Contact us for questions about a particular record or request.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, or receive a copy of your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Email r3messtudios@gmail.com to make a request. We may need limited information to verify your request. We may not be able to identify or retrieve information stored only on your device.
US state privacy rights
Residents of certain US states may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information and opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing as those terms are defined by applicable law. Advertising-related disclosures may fall under those definitions even without a direct monetary sale. Where applicable, use Privacy Options in the app or contact us to exercise your rights, use an authorized agent, or appeal a response. We do not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Children and younger users
The game is intended for users aged 13 and above. Children under 13 are not the intended target audience. The selected target age groups are 13–15, 16–17, 18+. These groups describe the intended audience, not a content-rating certificate.
Privacy and advertising restrictions for younger users can vary by region. Being aged 13 or above does not automatically mean a user can consent to personalized advertising. Applicable age-related and regional restrictions apply to advertising and consent choices. We do not seek personal information from children under 13 through support. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact r3messtudios@gmail.com so we can review the matter and take appropriate action, including deletion where applicable.
